Our one to one Exchange Warranty Policy 

WE ARE SERIOUS ABOUT IT!  

We like to assure our customers that they will always have us to back them up in an event of faulty equipments.

HOW ARE WE ABLE TO DO THAT?

Because we are direct importer and technical support is available directly from manufacturers!  

We provide one year limited warranty for all DVR machines and CCD cameras!

We provide genuine one to one exchange* within warranty period for all our CCD cameras!

We provide case by case basis exchange / repair on any other faulty equipments.

*Not applicable under the conditions of voided warranty and normal wear and tear. 

Please note that upon purchase of equipments from Camera King, clients have agreed without notice to the full terms and conditions stated below.

Full details of our terms and conditions:

All equipments by Camera King are covered under a 12-months carry-in warranty period against unless otherwise stated.

One to one exchange replacement for all CCD cameras by Camera King within warranty period unless otherwise stated.

Camera King will provide temporary replacement DVR while sending the current DVR / PC DVR for repair whenever spare DVR is available. One to one exchange replacement if DVR / PC DVR are found to be beyond econmical repair. Only applicable if within warranty. 

Camera King covers a maximum liability of one-to-one exchange of equipment under warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear.
2. Damages due to Act of God.
3. Damage of equipments due to power surge.
4. Any installations not installed by approved Camera King personnel.
5. Equipments that are not purchased through Camera King.
6. Any loss of data in harddisk.
7. Incompatibility issues.

The warranty will become void if:

1. Security seal is found broken or tampered.
2. Original settings (software or hardware) in equipments were found to have changed, modified or edited which causes equipments unable to operate normally.
3. Equipments found tampered or modified without the knowledge of Camera King.
4. Wrong polarity during powering up of camera.
5. Incorrect power supply or use of power adapter not approved by Camera King.
6. Use of unregulated power supply.

Camera King reserved all rights to exchange equipment which is no longer in production to similar model which is of similar values (same or value not exceeding/lower than $100 of equipments to be exchanged) or functions similar to exchanged equipments (Less priority). Only applicable during warranty period. Not valid after warranty.

Camera King reserved all rights to replace any brands of harddisk which is currently out of stock or no longer in production which is of similar harddisk size or not more/less than 100GB. Only applicable during warranty period. Not valid after warranty.

Camera King reserved all rights to perform either an exchange of equipment or to hold back equipments for repair at any event together with agreement of the caller / person-in-charge.

Equipment stated in this terms and conditions defines as machines, cameras or products sold by Camera King.

Warranty stated in this terms and conditions does not include on-site warranty unless otherwise stated.

All charges which may occur will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

All purchases amount are non-refundable.

Equipments are exchangeable for higher value items within 7 days upon purchase. Exchange items must be in its original condition with original packaging.

Customers / person-in-charge and Camera King personnel must agree and sign the locations / positions of individual cameras, DVR machines and other equipments in writing (form of map) before the commence of all work.

Camera King personnel will by all means make all possible precautions, care and actions to avoid any foreseen damages to any property during on-site installation. However Camera King will not be liable for any damages during on-site installation.

Any further changes made once the cameras or cables are installed, mounted on or laid will be chargeable. Additional amount quoted will be determined with careful assessment of Camera King personnel on-site.

Any additional charges made during on-site installation will be charged with separate invoice.

Any changes / upgrade of equipments which involved additional charges will be charged with a separate invoice.

Any changes of equipments which value is less than the original equipments will be refunded. However refunded amount will be determined by Camera King personnel.

All payment by cheque should be crossed and made payable to Camera King.

Minimum deposit of 50% or more of total amount stated in invoice is to be paid before any confirmation can be proceed.

Deposits made by client are considered to confirm deal and non-refundable upon withdrawal.  

Full payment of outstanding amount has to be made within 14 days upon completion of installation / work unless otherwise stated in writing.

Any outstanding payment not made after 14 days upon completion, Camera King will send an outstanding payment reminder notice to the client’s site and all necessary contractors by registered post. An administration fee of $20 per letter will be chargeable.

Camera Kingreserved all rights to dismantle or retrieve equipments at client’s site after 14 days upon completion if outstanding payment has not been made on the date of dismantling.

Camera King personnel are not liable for any form of damages or loss made to client’s site during the process of dismantling the equipments.

Installation charges will be charged separately once equipments have been dismantled.

Transportation charges of $80 will be charged separately upon arrival at client’s site for dismantling of equipments.
